How to make an appointment
To request a routine appointment Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:30pm:
- phone us To book a routine or emergency appointment on 020 8539 3232 (our phone lines are diverted to the GP Hub on Thursday afternoons but practice doors remain open)
- visit Pharmacy First – for common health problems which does not require being seen by a nurse or doctor. Medication is free if you do not pay for your prescriptions
If you can’t wait and urgently need to speak to a GP please use NHS 111 – you can visit 111.nhs.uk or call 111 if you don’t have online access, for help and advice, including booking you an appointment out of hours.
Please note that we do not book appointments via email.
Out of Hour Appointments
To make an appointment when we are closed:
- visit Urgent care – NHS North East London (icb.nhs.uk) for urgent local care
- contact our GP Hub on 020 8519 3999 for evening and weekend GP and nurse appointments (they also provide Thursday afternoon appointments). Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 10:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Cancelling or changing an appointment
To cancel your appointment:
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- phone us on 020 8539 3232 after 11am
- reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
