Patient Appointments Notice

We are no longer accepting walk-ins to book on the day appointments at 8 am.  

This is to make it fair and manageable for all patients trying to get an on the day appointment.  

Please be prepared to discuss brief details of your medical problem with the Receptionist, who can then book you into the most appropriate type of appointment. This will either be a face-to-face appointment, a telephone appointment, a telephone appointment with another Practice Member or where appropriate sign posted to the Local Services. You can also submit an E consult form (via our Practice website: www.hamptonmedicalcentre.co.uk)  to the Practice Mon-Fri between 8 am and 6.30 pm.
