Requesting your prescription
To request you prescription:
- visit the NHS app, directly through your pharmacy or at reception.
We do not take repeat prescription requests over the phone.
Collecting your prescription
Please allow 2 full working days for prescriptions to be sent electronically to your pharmacy. This can take longer if a review is required.
All prescriptions will be issued at the prescriber’s discretion.
Questions about your prescription
Questions can be discussed with your local pharmacist or reception staff who can relay information to the doctor.
Our local pharmacies can help you with many minor conditions so please do check with them before contacting the practice.
